SANDI
Sandi’s warm personality and friendly demeanor welcomes clients with a lasting impression of great customer service. As Salon Co-ordinator, managing daily tasks and overseeing customer service from all angles, Sandi will ensure your experience is an unforgettable one! With her delicious latte making skills and attentive conversation, she enjoys getting to know clients and prides herself in providing outstanding service. Sandi joins us after recently returning home to Vancouver from living abroad in New Zealand for the past nine years. Her time in New Zealand is where she perfected her customer service skills successfully managing and operating a boutique hotel business in Christchurch. Sandi loves to travel and meet new people along the way.
CAROL
Carol is a true testament to the Hype ideology of incomparable service and building relationships. Carol established Hype Hair Studio in 1999, and in 2009 turned the studio over to a new owner; Caylee, a perfect match as Caylee shared the philosophy about importance of great customer service and providing an outstanding work environment for Hype’s Stylists. Carol loves the Hype team and atmosphere so much, she has remained a part of it. She truly enjoys the social nature of the position and prides herself in making people feel happy about themselves and building long term relationships with clients that last many years. Carol is proud of the continual focus on providing exceptional client experiences and services at Hype and creates a warm, welcoming environment committing to making each clients visit an enjoyable one.
DESIREA
Desirea is the oomph and the energy behind Hype Hair Studio. As a front desk coordinator and salon manager, she has first hand contact and interaction with our clientele. As soon as you walk in, her perfect baby blonde hair that is sure to illicit some envy is what you will see. Don’t stress though, you are already here, so if this is something you want, well you are one step closer to it. As you wait for your touch up or a full blown transformation, Desirea’s charisma and sense of humour is sure to put a smile on your face well before your receive the fabulous results of your service. Her latte is notorious, and once you try one the first time, you will make sure to skip the day’s coffee before coming for your appointment at Hype. So, whether there is an upcoming wedding you are attending, or an event this weekend that has slipped your mind, Desirea will likely make the improbable happen!

Hype Hair Studio’s in-house communications and marketing specialist. Jenna is most adept at reaching and directing the masses who are no longer interested in engaging in hair salon pitfalls, to Hype, where one thing is for sure- service with longevity. Hype offers unparalleled results and Jenna ensures that Vancouver is in the know. With her impressive marketing background and current partnership with one of Vancouver’s most distinct and sought after designers- Malene Grotrian, we are impatiently anticipating this savvy professional’s future projects for Hype Hair Studio.
